Terms of Service

This document is an offer from Wowseo.ai (hereinafter "Provider") to enter into a service agreement under the terms below. Payment for services constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

1. Scope of services

Provider renders search promotion and related services: SEO promotion, AIO optimization, PBN network creation and maintenance, link building, audits and consultations — in the scope agreed upon in the request, commercial proposal or the Client's dashboard.

2. Service delivery process

• Work begins after service scope is agreed and payment is received.
• For services involving domain and placement selection, the Client approves positions before payment ("approval") and pays only for approved items.
• Reports are provided in the dashboard and/or by e-mail: for subscription services — at least once every two weeks.
• Launch timelines: link placements — from 5 business days; PBN network — from 3 weeks after domain approval.

3. Pricing and payment

Pricing is determined by the current price list published on the site or by individual commercial proposal. Payment — 100% prepayment by bank card, invoice or cryptocurrency. Subscription services are billed monthly; minimum term for comprehensive promotion — 3 months.

4. Guarantees and limitations

• Links that are lost or not indexed within 30 days are replaced at no charge.
• The PBN network price includes hosting and technical maintenance for 12 months; problematic domains are replaced within the maintenance scope.
• Search engines and AI systems are third-party platforms: Provider does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volume or mentions, but guarantees delivery of the agreed scope of work and transparent reporting.

5. Confidentiality

The parties do not disclose the terms of cooperation or transferred materials to third parties. The Client's PBN network domains are not disclosed and not used for other clients. A separate NDA can be signed on request. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in which the breach occurred. Provider is not responsible for consequences of the Client's own site modifications, third-party actions or changes to search engine and AI system algorithms.

7. Term and amendments

These Terms of Service are effective from the date of publication until withdrawn. Provider may amend the terms; for already paid services the version at the time of payment applies. The current version is always available on this page.
